Booking Policy
At peak season and time periods like Christmas, Easter or any three-day holiday, a 25% deposit of the total price is required in advance. Not confirmed reservations or credit cards lacking validity can be canceled by the hotel.
There is a FREE parking space for all our guests.
Children up to 4 years old stay for FREE (in a double room).
Pets are PERMITTED only after arrangement with the reception desk.
Any bed to be added will increase the cost by 15%.
Accepted cards: VISA & MASTERCARD.
You are kindly requested to keep a copy of the reservation as well as one from the bank deposit to be shown upon your arrival at the hotel. Making a reservation means awareness of our policies.
- Prices
Charging and payment should be done in Euros. Credit may be granted to companies, organizations and travel agencies on our account office approval.
- Cancellations
There is no charge for any change or cancellation happening at least 21 days before the arrival day. Any deposits will be refunded.
If cancellation takes place in a period shorter than 21 days before arrival, there is no refund. - Arrival / Departure
Arrival Time: 13:00 p.m / Departure Time: 12:00
If you arrive earlier and the room is ready, you can check in immediately. The arrival day is considered complete regardless of the arrival time.
If any stay is extended after 12:00 untill 18:00p.m, you will be charged a 50% of the day price while the whole day price will be paid if the stay is prolonged after 18:00.
